Wall and ceiling profile CD 60

Profile CD 60 is used for installation of the suspended gypsum plasterboard ceiling frame and installation of the wall frame to the cladding. CD 60 is installed together with channels UD 27 and is fastened to the wall or ceiling with the direct or rotating hangers.

Profile UD 27 (channel to CD 60)

Profile UD 27 is used as a channel to profile CD 60 during installation of the frame of the suspended gypsum plasterboard ceiling and wall to the cladding. It is fastened to the wall and floor with the expansion dowels and is screwed to CD 60 with the self-drilling screws.

Profile UW 50 (channel to CW 50)

Profile UW 50 is used as a channel to stud CW 50 during installation of the frame of the gypsum plasterboard partition and cladding. It is fastened to the floor and ceiling with the expansion dowels.

Profile CW 50 (partition studs)

Profile CW 50 is used as a stud during installation of the frame of the gypsum plasterboard partition and cladding. The profile is provided with the ports for passing the power supply and plumbing utilities through them. CW 50 is installed together with channels UW 50 and they are screwed to each other with the self-drilling screws. 

Profile UW 75 (channel to CW 50)

Profile UW 75 is used as a channel to stud CW 75 during installation of the frame of the gypsum board partition and cladding. It is fastened to the floor and ceiling with the expansion dowels.

Profile CW 75 (partition studs)

Profile CW 75 is used as a stud during installation of the frame of the gypsum board partition and cladding. The profile is provided with the ports for passing the power supply and plumbing utilities through them. CW 75 is installed together with channel UW 75 and they are screwed to each other with the self-drilling screws.

Profile UW 100 (a channel to CW 100)

Profile UW 100 is used as a channel to stud CW 100 during installation of the frame of the gypsum plasterboard partition and cladding. It is fastened to the floor and ceiling with the expansion dowels.

Profile CW 100 (partition studs)

Profile CW 100 is used as a stud during installation of the frame of the gypsum plasterboard partition and cladding. The profile is provided with the ports for passing the power supply and plumbing utilities through them. CW 100 is installed together with channel UW 100 and they are screwed to each other with the self-drilling screws.
